Join our team! We are looking for two Retention Operators for our Contact Center Department. Candidates must be honest, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, have frustration tolerance, and be able to work in a goal-oriented, challenging environment. **Your responsibilities will include:** Handling incoming calls from customers requesting cancellation of the Monitoring Service. Making outbound calls to subscribers/agents who request cancellation via email or another alternative channel. Identifying the true reasons behind their decision, resolving issues, and offering retention alternatives—using available tools to communicate and highlight the features and benefits of the service. Requirements Completed secondary education (mandatory). Prior work experience in retention, recovery, or loyalty programs of at least one year (mandatory). Computer skills: Intermediate proficiency in Windows environment, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM systems.
