Completed studies in Production, Communication, Design, Project Management, or related fields. Intermediate level English | Mandatory Familiarity with game engines, primarily Unreal Engine, and version control tools such as Perforce, will be a significant advantage! What will you do? The Project Coordinator is an operational role within the Production department at Collider Craftworks. You will be responsible for: Supporting the planning, coordination, and tracking of assigned art team tasks, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Generating status reports and updating management dashboards. Monitoring productivity and performance indicators. Managing deadlines and priorities. Documenting project information. Maintaining smooth communication between Leads, Management, and the client. Identifying potential risks and proposing agile solutions aligned with project and team needs. Who will you work with? You will collaborate with various creative and dynamic teams, reporting directly to the Lead Producer. You will become part of a professional and collaborative work environment, surrounded by talented individuals striving to improve and create amazing things together. You will participate in international projects and AAA franchises, allowing you to grow and gain high-level experience. What tools will you work with? Trello, Jira, Asana, Perforce. When and where will you work? Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-and-a-half-hour lunch break. The position is on-site at the Palermo Hollywood office.
