This is your place.** **What does this role involve?** We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will become our clients’ strategic partner at Clientify. Your mission will be to guide them in using the platform, ensure they fully leverage its capabilities, and support them in achieving their marketing, sales, or communications goals. **What responsibilities will you have?** * Accompany the customer throughout their entire lifecycle at Clientify—from onboarding through to retention. * Conduct proactive follow-ups, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions that drive customer success. * Resolve functional and strategic questions about the platform—both during one-on-one sessions and in daily communications. * Detect early warning signs of risk or underutilization, and develop action plans to improve adoption and satisfaction. You’ll serve as their trusted point of contact—helping them overcome obstacles, seize opportunities, and improve outcomes with Clientify. * Collaborate with support and sales teams, sharing feedback and ensuring a seamless, end-to-end customer experience. * Develop deep expertise in Clientify—including its solutions and new updates—to translate them into real value for customers. **What skills do you need to master?** Before assuming your client portfolio, you’ll undergo a training and onboarding period to familiarize yourself with the platform, internal processes, and most common customer inquiries.
