Smartin is seeking an Electronic Security Director with an innovative mindset, capable of planning, directing, and managing the electronic security business line, developing area-specific projects and ensuring their successful implementation. Academic Background: Professional in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Engineering (mandatory). Specialization or diploma in any of the following areas will be a plus: Information Security. Project Formulation and Management. New Technologies Applied to Private Security. Security Management. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in private security sector companies, with experience in managing electronic security projects. Technical Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and LAN networks. Knowledge of RETIE standards. Accreditation as Consultant with SVSP. Regulatory compliance: Familiarity with SIPLAFT and ISO 9001 compliance. Management Skills: Planning, directing, and managing electronic security projects. Personnel management: leadership and team development. Control of PQRS and handling required documentation (programs, procedures, plans, schedules, among others).
