About the Opportunity: We are looking for a professional responsible for scheduling visits and appointments. Main responsibilities include: Provide in-person service and supply information about procedures.Record patient data in the system and update registrations.Strictly manage scheduled dates and times, seeking advance confirmation from patients and details about the procedures to be performed.Guide patients through initial procedures, directing them to the examination room.Maintain signage for service areas, restrooms, and kitchen.Organize and prepare the work environment before the clinic opens, keeping it clean and pleasant.Find alternative solutions for rescheduling appointments, performing insertions and emergency adjustments, setting priorities, and communicating changes to all involved parties.Monitor supply inventory and arrange purchases of office, hygiene, cleaning, and kitchen items, replenishing supplies as needed.Receive and sort internal and external correspondence, such as packages, telegrams, faxes, and bank mail, organizing, distributing them to recipients, and filing them according to subject classification.Manage and organize patient payments, updating records after each appointment and issuing medical certificates, receipts, return cards, among others, when requested.If you are looking for a challenging opportunity within one of the largest dental clinic networks in Brazil, join our team!
