Job Summary: We are seeking an SQL Developer for a key role, interacting directly with strategic customers and contributing to the evolution of our tool. Key Highlights: 1. Incident resolution and user support At Systech, we are a technology and IT management consulting firm focused on financial crime prevention and detection, as well as high-impact solutions for the financial sector. We are looking for an SQL Developer who wants to assume a key role within the team, with direct interaction with strategic customers and active participation in the evolution of our tool. What will be your challenge? - End-to-end management of support tickets, ensuring quality and response times. - Resolution of complex Level I and II cases, and coordination of escalations with development teams (Level III). - Direct interaction with financial sector clients, building trust and delivering value. - Log analysis, root cause identification, and proposal of solutions. - Documentation of technical knowledge and best practices. - Identification of improvement opportunities in processes, tools, and product. Requirements: - Experience in incident resolution and user support. - Advanced SQL skills, especially in queries and Entity Data Models. - Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and operating systems. - Knowledge of workflow automation tools. - Basic programming knowledge, preferably Java and/or PHP. - Advanced technical English. Preferred Qualifications: - Practical experience with SQL Server and Oracle database languages. - Knowledge of Java application web servers such as Tomcat and Wildfly. - Ability to interpret application logs, especially in JAVA environments. - Knowledge of finance.
