**Senior Project Manager**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Requirement understanding/gathering (story mapping, user stories).
* Implementation of project strategies from inception through production deployment of functionality.
* Execution of end-to-end projects.
* Development of work plans and reports.
* Team coordination.
* Risk, dependency, and impediment management.
* Proficiency in agile frameworks (SCRUM).
* Execution of agile events and their adaptation based on organizational needs.
* Work management (user stories, tasks, defects, incidents).
* Estimation techniques.
* Project progress metrics.
* Development methodologies and standards for software analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
* Budget management.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Understanding of frameworks such as Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Waterfall, facilitating team integration.
* Ability to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
* Ability to prepare reports, meeting minutes, and roadmaps.
* Effective communication and common sense.
* 1–2 years of experience.

**General Job Information**
Position: Technology / Systems Project Manager (PM)
Location: CEL Offices, Libertador (Hybrid / remote model per local policies, 3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00
Reports To: Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for Finance and Operations
Required Language: English (mandatory for communication with regional/global stakeholders).
**Role Objective**
A proactive and analytical Project Manager to lead technology and business initiatives within Finance and Operations and Corporate domains. The role requires knowledge/experience in SAP, project management, analytical capability, and strong "common sense" for agile and pragmatic decision-making in dynamic environments.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Project and Initiative Management: Lead the full project and initiative lifecycle across diverse teams (local, external), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
* SAP Incident Support and Tracking: Support incident management and tracking for SAP issues — not resolution (handled by support team), but end-to-end tracking and management until resolution.
* Priority Management: Efficiently manage the backlog of initiatives and demands, balancing operational urgency against strategic value.
* Submission of Requests (pre-projects) to internal approval forums (in English), including preparation of supporting documentation.
* Alignment with BRM: Collaborate directly with the Finance and Operations and Corporate BRM to understand stakeholder needs and translate strategy into concrete action plans.
* Stakeholder Management: Facilitate smooth communication among local, regional teams, and external vendors; conduct follow-up meetings and report progress (in both English and Spanish).
* Management and tracking of initiatives, priorities, and objectives assigned to key or designated users for test plan execution across various scenarios and projects.
**Requirements and Competencies (Must Have)**
* Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in technology project management, preferably within multinational corporate environments.
* Technical Knowledge:
* Experience working with SAP environments (understanding of Finance and/or Operations/Logistics processes).
* Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
* Knowledge of Automation (Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) and AI.
* Soft Skills:
* Common sense and pragmatism: Ability to solve complex problems with a practical, results-oriented approach.
* Priority management: Skill to negotiate and prioritize demands under high-pressure conditions.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and English proficiency (mandatory).
