Apply technology and analytics to transform energy operations. **Tecpetrol** is looking for **Young Professionals** with degrees in **Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering** to join **NextGen Energy Operations**, an initiative driving the digital transformation of operations through advanced analytics, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence, with opportunities in **Buenos Aires (Retiro)** and **Neuquén**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and enhance Data Science and AI solutions applied to Exploration \& Production processes. * Prepare, explore, and analyze data for model and use-case development. * Participate in the development and validation of prototypes alongside business users. * Collaborate with technical and operational teams, contributing analytical insight and understanding of Oil \& Gas processes. * Be part of a development experience with exposure to diverse teams and challenges across the organization. **Requirements:** * Recent graduates or soon-to-graduate students in Petroleum, Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering. * Interest in technology, advanced analytics, and digital transformation applied to the energy industry. * Knowledge of Oil \& Gas operational processes. * Advanced English proficiency. * Python, SQL, data visualization, Git, cloud platforms, and MLOps fundamentals are valued. **Are you motivated to apply technology and analytics to transform how we operate energy?** **Apply now and build your career in NextGen Energy Operations!**
