Summary: This role involves coordinating product movements from manufacturing sites to distribution centers to ensure timely availability for customers while optimizing movement costs and managing inventory across the network. Manage network inventory build, run-down, and product change-over plans **Deployment Planner** ---------------------- **More About Us** The Supply Chain department is seeking new candidates to its growing dynamic team. The department provides support to the US, Mexico and CanadaLubes Organization all along the planning value chain. Office based \- BA, Torre Boston **What role you will play in our team** Deployment/Import/Replenishment planners are responsible for ensuring the right product is available for costumers in the right location at the right time. To fulfill the task, they need to monitor the planning system to coordinate product movements from manufacturing sites to the different distribution centers, optimizing the movement cost and the owned inventory across the network. **About you** ------------- * Understand overall network strategy, supply/demand balance, and plant operating constraints. * 3\+ years of experience in supply chain * Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer or similar degrees. * Manage deployment/import lanes. Focus on supply chain fundamentals that drive an optimal customer service experience. * Manage network inventory build, run\-down and product change\-over plans as directed by Supply \& Demand Management or Supply \& Demand initiative Coordinators. * Review metrics in the different planning tools that will improve the overall supply chain effectiveness * (Import Planner) Review “Request for Approval” forms and supporting documentation to grant product clearance through customs. * (Import Planner) Steward relationship with Import broker and overall performance. **Preffered Qualification** --------------------------- * Data Analytics * Planning \& Inventory Management * Communication * Collaboration * Proactivity * Microsoft Excel advanced, Power BI \& Tableau knowledge * Operational experience (Manufacturing), **Your Benefits** ----------------- An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
