Position Summary: Provides administrative and operational support to the Production area, ensuring accurate execution and control of information in systems (SAP and DMO) for operational efficiency. Employment Type: Full-time permanent FG I Provide administrative and operational support to the Production area, ensuring accurate execution and control of information in systems (SAP and DMO), guaranteeing the integrity of production data, management of process orders, consumption, inventory, and associated documentation, thereby contributing to achievement of the production plan and operational efficiency. **A Day in the Life of…** * Release scheduled process orders in SAP for production, considering the version to be used. * Close TECO process orders; monitor and control order closure. Manage variations for automatic closure. * Monitor production output from DMO (track mass balance of WIP generated and its transformation into WIP and HALB). * Perform consumptions in SAP for process orders not managed by DMO Process. * Monitor automatic consumptions in DMO P. * Load performance data (PNP, PP, etc.) into DMO. * Prepare Dossiers (machine letter, PRPO, FRR). * Analyze RW and expirations, aligning with the production plan. * Monitor helpcheck and inventory adjustments. * Analyze MPS volume (quarterly). * Milk allocation (Factory Administration). * Trigger material requirements and RW. * Analyze causes of reversals. * Develop the daily production schedule. * Manage Time Management System: tardiness, absenteeism, overtime. * Resolve daily user issues related to network, SAP, and DMO access. * Actively participate in training and development programs on quality, food safety, occupational safety, and hygiene. * Lead the administrative team, identify improvement opportunities, and channel them to process engineers for analysis and follow-up. **What Will Make You Successful…** * Profile demonstrating strong analytical ability, autonomy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. * 3\-5 years of experience in similar roles with process-based production management. * Experience leading small operational/administrative teams. * Proficiency in management systems. * Experience in audits.
