Description

We are currently seeking a **Head of Sales**. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands\-on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset. Responsibilities **(EST Time Zone \- NY)** Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales; * Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management; * Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets; * Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise; * Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and priorities; * Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth; * Market analysis. **Requirements** * 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role; * Proven B2B/B2C sales experience is required; * Proven experience in sales within the United States market; * Fluent English (C1–C2\) is mandatory; * Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Inflow, or similar); * Experience in building a sales department from the ground up; * Digitally savvy: strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software; * Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast; * Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities and team collaboration; * Results\-driven, accountable, and effective in managing change. **Benefits** **Job Type:** Full\-time, Remotely **Pay:** Fixed Salary and uncapped commission based on goals performed; **Benefits:** * Paid sick leave and vacation; * Paid time off.
