




We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the hospitality services at our facility, ensuring a comfortable environment for patients, their families, and Santa Catalina staff. What challenges and responsibilities will you undertake? · Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of assigned staff. · Prepare daily reports and updates regarding team members. · Report maintenance issues to the maintenance department. · Organize and supervise cleaning processes. · Follow up on housekeepers’ tasks. · Actively participate in the logistics of internal events. · Conduct team training. What are we looking for? · Completed secondary education with official transcript—mandatory. · Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within other healthcare institutions. · Must demonstrate the following competencies: teamwork, customer service orientation, change management, and effective communication.
