Contributing to the technical positioning of the brand Our Goals – Your Path The primary objective of the Technical Advisor at Sika is to transfer the company’s theoretical and practical product knowledge—including features, properties, compatibilities, and application methods—to customers, applicators, specifiers, and internal staff, ensuring the correct use of Sika solutions through on-site demonstrations, testing, technical advice, and specification development. Contributing to the technical positioning of the brand by providing professional support that guarantees application quality, customer satisfaction, and technical backing for projects. Your Experience – Our Strengths **Minimum Required Education:** * Completed secondary education; preferably Chemical Technician or Master Builder. * Completed university degree: Civil Engineering or Architecture. **Desired Education:** * Engineering degrees related to those mentioned above. * Technical specializations in construction materials, concrete pathology, waterproofing, or construction systems. **Professional Experience:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction companies or related industries. * Experience in developing technical specifications. * Experience in direct customer interaction and on-site problem resolution. * Experience in technical commercial support (desirable). **Other Knowledge:** * Intermediate level of English. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
