Job Summary: We are looking for a Data and Digital Performance Analyst to boost Paid Media campaigns and ensure data-driven decisions based on reliable data, identifying opportunities and deviations. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in boosting Paid Media campaigns 2. Analyze and report campaign performance (Google Ads & Meta Ads) 3. Design and optimize dashboards, implement tracking, and detect inconsistencies We are seeking a Data & Digital Performance Analyst We want to add to our Digital Marketing team an analytical profile critical to enhancing our Paid Media campaigns and taking results to the next level. What will be your mission? Ensure every campaign decision is backed by reliable data, guaranteeing accurate measurement, performance analysis, and early detection of opportunities and deviations. Main challenges: Analyze and report campaign performance (Google Ads & Meta Ads) Monitor key metrics (conversions, CPA, investment, among others) Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards (Looker Studio + CRM) Implement and audit tracking (Google Tag Manager) Detect inconsistencies and generate actionable alerts Participate in data integrations and technical projects What are we looking for? +2 years of experience in digital marketing / Paid Media Proficiency in Google Ads, GTM, GA4, and visualization tools Analytical, proactive profile with the ability to clearly communicate insights Ability to transform data into concrete decisions Bonus points if you also have: Experience with APIs, automations, SQL, or CRM Location: Vicente López, GBA (hybrid mode) Start date: Immediate (ideally before 04/30). -Requirements- Minimum education: Tertiary degree 1 year of experience Keywords: analyst, data, productividad, productivity, yield, rendimiento, online
