Job Description: At Experis Argentina, we are looking for a **Lead Software Engineer - C#/\.Net** to drive the development of innovative, high-impact solutions in a dynamic and cutting-edge environment. Employment under a permanent direct contract with Experis Work modality: Hybrid, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement creative software solutions, solving complex technical problems. * Develop secure, high-quality production code, as well as review and debug others' code. * Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system and application stability. * Lead technical assessments with vendors, startups, and internal teams, analyzing outcome-oriented architectures and designs. * Drive software engineering practice communities, promoting the use of emerging technologies. * Contribute to a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within the team. **Requirements:** * Education/certification in software development and proven advanced experience. * Proficiency in C#/.Net and multithreaded application development. * Experience building mid-to-large scale services. * Experience developing responsive UIs using C# and modern frameworks (React, Angular, TypeScript). * Experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability. * Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies (CI/CD, application security, and resilience). * Experience in cloud-native environments. * Knowledge of the industry and trading systems. **Plus (non-exclusive):** * Experience with Portfolio Management systems. * Knowledge of data caching (Redis, Hazelcast). * Knowledge of distributed messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka). * Advanced English proficiency.
