Position Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist for a metallurgical industry in Greater Buenos Aires South, with responsibilities including telephone reception, document handling, administrative support, and internal communication design. We are a metallurgical industry located in Greater Buenos Aires South and are currently seeking a Receptionist who will be responsible for the following tasks: Telephone reception Call forwarding Scheduling staff hours for daily attendance tracking Mail and document handling Support to the gatehouse and workshop departments Control of entry and exit of both internal and external personnel Meeting calendar organization and management Preparation of communications, flyers, and corporate image design. Sending internal communications General reception duties and support to other departments To qualify, you must meet the following requirements: Reside in Greater Buenos Aires South. Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in Bernal. Completed secondary education. (Mandatory) Currently pursuing tertiary or university studies in Digital/Graphic Design. (Mandatory) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro or related software. (Desirable) Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or in similar roles.
