We are seeking to incorporate an **E-learning Platform Support Technician** into our Technical Support department to provide level 1 assistance to virtual campus users, ensuring the proper functioning of technological tools and services used in the online educational environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for **resolving technical incidents**, **assisting students, PDI (Teaching and Research Staff), and PGA (Management and Administrative Staff)**, as well as for the **basic management and administration of the virtual campus**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide level 1 technical support via tickets, phone, and email. * Resolve incidents and handle requests from students, PDI, and PGA following established procedures. * Offer technical assistance during online exams and virtual sessions. * Manage, administer, and monitor user accounts on the virtual campus. * Provide support for e-learning platforms (Canvas, Sakai, Moodle) and videoconferencing tools (Collaborate, Adobe Connect, Zoom, Teams). * Collaborate with other departments to ensure technical service quality and user satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training cycle in Information and Communication or similar. * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in technical support, customer service, or call center. **Required Knowledge:** * E-learning platforms: Canvas, Sakai, Moodle. * Videoconferencing tools: Collaborate, Adobe Connect, Zoom, Teams. * Web browsers: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox. * Office 365 and FTP tools. **What We Offer:** * Growth opportunities * Positive work environment * Hybrid work system after 6 months * Study scholarships of up to 80% after 6 months with the PROEDUCA Group * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 20:00, and alternate Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00 * Salary according to commercial employee agreement 130/75 Specialized Assistant A + company supplement \#LI\-AG1
