At Sanatorio Modelo de Caseros, we are hiring a Purchasing Analyst with experience in clinics, sanatoriums, or healthcare companies, whose primary role will be managing the procurement process for supplies and medications across various business units. Main responsibilities include: -Assessing purchasing requirements in coordination with different departments. -Conducting analysis of potential suppliers. -Requesting quotations and preparing price, terms, and delivery-time comparisons. -Evaluating budgets, ensuring fairness and competitiveness in procurements. -Generating purchase orders in the system and managing their dispatch to suppliers. -Coordinating logistics for the delivery of supplies, medications, or equipment. -Monitoring delivery compliance and handling complaints in case of non-compliance. -Supporting inventory management and consumption control, in coordination with Pharmacy and Warehouses. -Managing specific purchases of high-complexity medications (chronic, HIV, PMI, specialty). We seek candidates with an interest in the healthcare sector, strategic vision, and negotiation skills.
