Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and proactive professional to manage the end-to-end procurement cycle within a construction company with 40 years of experience. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of construction materials, supplies, and services. 2. Negotiation with strategic suppliers to optimize costs and timelines. 3. Proactive identification of potential shortages and resolution of bottlenecks. We do not seek someone who merely "requests quotations." We require a strategic and proactive profile capable of taking full control of the procurement cycle—from needs identification through to final award. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Operations: End-to-end management of construction materials, supplies, and services. Tender Management: Analysis of tender documents, technical/economic comparisons, and negotiation with strategic suppliers. Risk Control: Management and monitoring of bid bonds and construction insurance policies. Negotiation Techniques: Application of methodologies to optimize costs, delivery timelines, and quality. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction or real estate development companies (mandatory). Proactivity: Ability to anticipate shortages and resolve on-site bottlenecks. Skills: Proficiency in management software (ERP), excellent supplier management capabilities, and business-oriented vision.
