Proactive identification of potential shortages and resolution of bottlenecks. We require a strategic and proactive profile capable of taking full control of the procurement cycle—from needs identification through to final award. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Operations: End-to-end management of construction materials, supplies, and services. Tender Management: Analysis of tender documents, technical/economic comparisons, and negotiation with strategic suppliers. Risk Control: Management and monitoring of bid bonds and construction insurance policies. Negotiation Techniques: Application of methodologies to optimize costs, delivery timelines, and quality. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction or real estate development companies (mandatory). Proactivity: Ability to anticipate shortages and resolve on-site bottlenecks. Skills: Proficiency in management software (ERP), excellent supplier management capabilities, and business-oriented vision.
