




Job Summary: We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead automatic and manual production line projects, manage suppliers, provide technical support, and promote innovation. What the role entails: * Lead design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, launch, and post-J1 phases for automatic and manual production lines. * Manage tooling and assembly line suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule compliance. * Provide technical support to Production and Manufacturing teams during operation of new systems. * Investigate and resolve specific issues in processes and tooling. * Evaluate new technologies applicable to manufacturing. * Promote a culture of innovation, respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement. * Prepare status reports and schedules for management. Minimum 4 years’ experience in automotive or metal-mechanical industry. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Proficient use of 2D/3D design software (Catia, Inventor, Autocad required). * Experience in virtual simulation (Process Simulate preferred), PLCs, robotics, pneumatic systems, and joining processes (welding, adhesives, threading). * Proficiency in management tools (Office, Project, CAD). * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. * Flexibility in working hours and for meetings with global teams.
