**Job Offer Details** ------------------------- Responsibilities Our company, dedicated to Environmental and Road Engineering, is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the Purchasing Team: Comprehensive management of the procurement process: Request for quotations, analysis of offers, preparation of comparisons, awarding, and issuance of purchase orders/contracts.Analysis and tracking of budgets by cost center.Supplier search, development, and evaluation.Periodic reporting to the Department Head. Technical Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles. Preferably in construction, transportation, and/or oil and gas industries. Candidates with background in companies with high purchasing volumes will be valued.Advanced knowledge of computer tools, Microsoft Office (mandatory), and management systems.Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting.Strong negotiation skills are essential.
