The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of verifiable, solid experience. The role requires consistent independence of judgment in daily decisions, particularly with respect to documentation provided by various architectural firms. We seek professionals who proactively propose construction optimizations aimed at anticipating issues and presenting the relevant topic and potential solutions to their line supervisors. Requirements: Excellent client relations and site management. Solid academic background and hands-on experience in detailed construction projects. Extensive technical experience. Minimum of 8 years of verifiable experience in this role. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel — mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Project — desirable but not mandatory. Full-time commitment required.
