Growth opportunities Job Description: 👨‍💻 Java Software Architect / Java \+ React (Senior) 📍 Location Argentina (mandatory) 💻 Work Mode: 100% remote ℹ️ About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Architect with solid Java experience and knowledge of React, capable of leading the technical design of scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions. This role combines architectural definition, hands-on development, and participation in infrastructure decisions. ✅ Responsibilities Design and define scalable software architectures (microservices, event-driven, etc.) Lead technical decisions and define development standards Actively participate in development (hands-on) Collaborate with frontend (React) and backend teams Define integration strategies (REST APIs, messaging, etc.) Work closely with infrastructure/DevOps teams Ensure best practices (clean code, testing, security, performance) Evaluate new technologies and tools Mentor developers 🔧 Technical Requirements Backend \+7 years of experience with Java Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot / Spring Cloud Microservice architectures REST API design Experience with distributed systems Frontend Experience with React (not mandatory but highly valued) Knowledge of frontend architecture Infrastructure / DevOps Experience with: Docker / Kubernetes CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Observability knowledge (logs, metrics, tracing) Databases SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, etc.) 🌟 Key Skills Architectural thinking Ability to make technical decisions Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams Technical leadership Autonomy 💡 Nice-to-Have Experience with high-concurrency systems Event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Security (OAuth2, JWT, etc.) Experience in fintech / e-commerce / high-traffic platforms 🎁 What We Offer 100% remote work Challenging projects Strong technical culture Flexible working hours Growth opportunities
