Implementation of engineering changes and new technologies A leading manufacturer of steel cables and slings A major industrial company located in San Miguel, Buenos Aires, is looking for a Production Engineer to join its technical team. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate in defining and continuously improving production processes. Prepare technical documentation (drawings, process sheets, routing sheets, and work instructions). Participate in production cost and time analysis. Interact with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments to identify improvement opportunities. Provide technical support during new product development and analyze technical feasibility against commercial requirements. Support the implementation of engineering changes and new technologies. Conduct destructive and non-destructive testing aimed at product improvement. Desired Competencies: Proactivity and analytical mindset. Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration skills. Organization and results orientation. Strong communication skills. Requirements: Age: 30–45 years. Gender: Male (non-exclusive). Education: Graduated Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer. Minimum 2 years’ experience in an industrial plant, in Product and/or Process Engineering areas. Advanced English (spoken and written) – mandatory. Residence in areas near San Miguel. Availability for domestic and international travel. Experience and Knowledge: Product Engineering and technical development. Technical assistance to customers. Production cost and time analysis.
