We are looking for a professional with industrial plant experience to join the Production Engineering team of a leading company in the sector. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering (graduated or advanced student with prior plant experience). Advanced spoken and written English (mandatory). Minimum two years of experience in roles related to Product and/or Process Engineering. Residence in areas near San Miguel. Availability for domestic and international travel. Preferred Qualifications: Proactivity and analytical mindset. Teamwork skills and interdepartmental interaction abilities. Organization and results orientation. Strong communication skills. Responsibilities: Collaborate in defining and improving production processes. Prepare technical documentation: drawings, process sheets, route sheets, and work instructions. Participate in production cost and time analysis. Interact with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments to identify improvement opportunities. Provide technical support in new product development and technical feasibility analysis. Support the implementation of engineering changes and new technologies. Conduct destructive and non-destructive testing aimed at product improvement. Employment Conditions: 100% on-site work mode. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30. On-site cafeteria.
