We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Operator**. **✅** What will your responsibilities be? * Receiving and managing incoming calls requiring customer service support. * Managing incidents jointly with other departments (complaints and/or modifications), specifying the customer’s exact needs. * Managing email inboxes (internal and external). **✅** What are we looking for? * Completed secondary education (mandatory) * Availability to work **in-person** at our Palermo offices * Flexible availability.
