This position is aimed at a technically oriented individual with fast learning ability, who will initially work directly supporting management, handling commercial and technical inquiries, and managing the full sales process. It is a key role with real growth potential. Responsibilities * Handling and following up on incoming leads (WhatsApp, email, social media, phone calls). * Direct support to management on commercial and technical tasks. * Preparing technical and commercial quotations. * Basic interpretation of customers' technical requirements. * Tracking quotations and closing sales. * Organizing schedule and contacts. Requirements * Technical background (engineering, mechanical, electromechanical, industrial, or equivalent experience). * Prior experience in technical sales or industrial commercial support (preferred). * Ability to learn complex technical products. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Organization, responsibility, and autonomy. * Proactivity and long-term commitment. * English language proficiency * Full-time – On-site work Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of machinery * Commercial experience.
