Production Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a team leader to coordinate and supervise daily tasks, ensure production processes, manage operational KPIs, and plan production in the plastic industry. Training plan and career development Moreno - Buenos Aires Schedule: Monday to Friday (rotating shifts) Requirements: · Education: Chemical Technician, Plastics Technician, or Technical High School diploma with chemistry orientation. · University degree in fields related to the plastic industry will be valued. · Proven experience leading large work teams. · Experience in extrusion processes within the plastic industry. · Knowledge of Blow Film extrusion. · Experience in manufacturing plastic bags (desirable). Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate and supervise the team’s daily tasks, including assignment of work orders. · Ensure compliance with production processes and proper recording of information (production reports and control sheets). · Manage operational KPIs, monitoring scrap, deviations, and tracking of non-conformities. · Plan daily production and coordinate scheduling for extrusion and finished goods. · Supervise compliance with quality, safety, cleanliness, and internal regulations. · Manage raw materials and coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure operational continuity. · Lead the team, provide support for operational needs, and ensure effective communication across shifts.
