Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for a fleet of light and heavy equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. 2. Implement continuous improvement strategies based on failure analysis. TECSAN, a company dedicated to Transportation, Treatment, Valorization, and Final Disposal of Waste, is looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for our fleet of light and heavy equipment. Here are some of the position’s challenges: Develop and manage the plant’s preventive and predictive maintenance schedule. Create and manage work orders, ensuring they are detailed and correctly assigned to technicians. Coordinate with production departments to minimize the impact of maintenance activities on production. Monitor and maintain the maintenance department’s budget, prioritizing the most critical activities. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and equipment availability. Implement continuous improvement strategies based on analysis of failures, incidents, and trends. Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance activities and reduce operational costs. Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure maintenance does not interfere with production objectives. · We value in your profile: Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Engineering, or related degree. More than 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance planning. Knowledge of operational reliability and asset management. Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, etc.). Valid driver’s license and personal mobility · Work location: José León Suárez.
