The candidate will assist in food preparation, production, and raw material processing; handle all types of meat and vegetables; perform cooking and specific preparations; follow recipes and respect established portion weights, all prior to food cooking and under the chef’s instructions. The candidate will also clean the work area and equipment. We seek individuals with a strong team-oriented profile, who are organized, proactive, responsible, and dynamic. Requirements: Minimum verifiable 2-year experience in meal production facilities or industrial cafeterias. Candidates with knowledge of GMP and HACCP, food handler certification, and experience in sanatoriums/hospitals/cafeterias will be preferred.
