We are currently looking for a Junior Process Engineer to join Cladd, focusing on plant time studies, methods, and motion analysis. This position targets analytical, proactive candidates with interest in developing expertise in production processes, continuous improvement, and industrial operational optimization. Key Responsibilities: Conduct time and motion studies and analyze work methods on the shop floor. Perform motion studies, line balancing, and productivity analysis. Identify process improvement opportunities. Collaborate on task standardization and development of work instructions. Monitor efficiency, productivity, and operational performance indicators. Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing costs, cycle times, and quality. Requirements: Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. Initial experience or internships in process, production, or industrial engineering departments will be valued. Knowledge of time study techniques, work methods and motion analysis, productivity, and continuous improvement. Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools. Experience in industrial production environments—preferably textile—is a plus.
