Payroll Analyst

Position Summary: We are seeking students/graduates with experience in payroll processing for operational management, system administration, social security and tax contributions, and internal customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll management for a workforce exceeding 800 employees. 2. Advanced use of the VISMA system and Excel in a challenging environment. 3. Ensuring correct application of labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements. We are looking for students and/or graduates in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles to join Rex’s Human Resources Management team, specifically the Personnel Administration and Payroll Division. Main responsibilities include: Operational Management: Execute monthly, bi-weekly, SAC (Annual Bonus), and vacation payroll processing for a workforce exceeding 800 employees. System Administration: Configuration and management of personnel updates in the VISMA software. Social Security and Tax Contributions: Preparation and submission of the Monthly Sworn Statement, Income Tax (Category 4) withholdings, and union sworn statements. Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Application: Ensure correct implementation of salary scales and provisions under the Commerce Collective Bargaining Agreement, including parity agreements and non-remunerative payments. Internal Customer Service: Resolving technical inquiries from employees regarding their payslips and earnings. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in mass payroll processing (mandatory experience managing payrolls for over 500 people). Technical Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in the VISMA system (mandatory). Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, logical formulas). Solid understanding of the Labor Contract Law (Law No. 20.744).
