Job Summary: Maxiconsumo is seeking a Logistics Engineer or Logistics Graduate to design and lead the Planning area from scratch in a strategic and operational role. Key Highlights: 1. Design and lead the Logistics Planning area from scratch. 2. Hybrid role: strategic and analytical, with strong on-site presence. 3. Logistics Planning Leader (Area Startup) - Maxiconsumo. · At Maxiconsumo, we are in an expansion and professionalization phase of our supply chain. We are looking for a Logistics Engineer or Logistics Graduate for our Haedo base, with the challenge of designing and leading the Planning area from scratch. This is a hybrid role: it requires a highly strategic and analytical mindset for process design, but also strong on-site presence (hands-on) to understand and optimize the reality of our various business units. The Challenge: What will you build? Department Creation: Design and implement the logistics planning processes currently required by the company to scale. On-site Management: Assessment and optimization of processes across different business units, traveling as needed to ensure real-world implementation of improvements. Operations Synchronization: Key liaison between procurement, sales, and operational logistics to ensure efficient merchandise flow. Data-Driven Mindset: Define KPIs, develop dashboards, and transform data into decisions that impact profitability. Network Optimization: Plan demand and optimal stock levels, balancing cost efficiency with service level. What profile are we seeking? Education: Graduates in Logistics Engineering or Logistics Degree (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 4 years in Planning, Supply Chain, or Process Improvement areas. Candidates who have experience establishing departments or transforming logistics processes are highly valued. Profile: We seek an analytical individual with operational capability — someone able to work with dashboards and also be in the warehouse adjusting execution. Mobility: Willingness to travel to the company’s various business units. Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and management systems (SAP or similar) is a plus. Position Details: Workplace: Haedo, Buenos Aires.
