Field Sales Representative – FMCG | Northern Greater Buenos Aires Area We are looking for sales representatives with a commercial mindset, ambition, and passion for sales to join a continuously growing team in the FMCG sector. Main Responsibilities * Manage and develop an active customer portfolio. * Identify new business opportunities and onboard new accounts. * Execute sales and ensure proper product display. * Negotiate commercial activities and maximize sales opportunities. * Achieve volume, coverage, and point-of-sale execution targets. * Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers. * Gather market and competitor intelligence. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, field sales, or FMCG. * Commercial profile, proactive and results-oriented. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. * Commitment, responsibility, and professional appearance. * Experience in distributors or FMCG companies will be valued.
