At Care-Quip, a division of Target Medical S.A., we are currently looking for a Sewing Operator to join our production team.
The position involves manufacturing textile products related to healthcare and mobility equipment, ensuring quality at every stage of the production process.
We seek a responsible, detail-oriented individual committed to the quality of the final product.
Main Responsibilities:
Cutting and assembling textile pieces according to patterns or product specifications.
Sewing and assembling products using industrial machines (straight stitch, overlock, triple feed).
Quality control during and upon completion of the sewing process.
Cleaning, labeling, and packaging finished products.
Monitoring and restocking inventory of manufactured products.
Reporting shortages of supplies or materials to the relevant department.
Collaborating in product development or improvement.
Performing basic maintenance of the workstation and used machines.
Complying with area safety and hygiene standards.
Job Tasks:
Laying out and marking fabrics according to patterns or templates.
Cutting fabrics while adhering to measurements and specifications.
Threading, adjusting, and operating industrial sewing machines.
Performing straight, curved, reinforcement, and finishing stitches.
Inspecting seams and identifying potential defects.
Removing loose threads and performing final product cleaning.
Labeling and packaging finished products.
Recording produced units in the stock control system.
Reporting shortages of fabrics, threads, or other supplies.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.
Requirements:
Experience operating industrial sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, or others).
Experience in manufacturing textile products.
Attention to detail and neatness.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Commitment to quality.
Experience in textile production or technical product manufacturing will be valued.
