Responsibilities Supervise production and ensure quality standards are met. Manage product changeovers to meet delivery deadlines on time. Train and supervise production staff. Resolve production issues and ensure process efficiency. Requirements Completed secondary education. 3+ years of experience in industrial production. Knowledge of plastic injection, mold change, and injection machine maintenance. Leadership and personnel management skills.
