Responsibilities Preparation, cooking, and baking of bakery and pastry products. Monitoring of time and temperature parameters according to each recipe. Baking of bakery products using rotary, electric, or gas ovens. Supervision of production to ensure continuous availability of freshly baked goods throughout the workday. Customer advisory and service in the sales area. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Requirements Proven prior experience as a baker (mandatory). Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility. Ability to work effectively in a team. Professional appearance and courteous customer interaction. Proactivity and attention to detail to prevent product shortages or overstocking in the sales area.
