This opportunity could be for you! Main Responsibilities: Supervise and support the team of promoters at assigned stores. Monitor brand presence, product display, and planogram compliance. Conduct stock, pricing, and competitor activity audits. Report performance metrics and propose point-of-sale improvements. Support activations, product launches, and training sessions. Ensure a customer shopping experience aligned with the brand’s values. Requirements: Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader in retail, preferably in home electronics or technology. Basic/intermediate knowledge of point-of-sale marketing (Trade/Visual). Personal transportation. Proficiency in basic management and reporting tools (Excel, email, photos, etc.). Excellent attitude, communication skills, and ability to solve day-to-day challenges. Intermediate/Advanced English.
