At Geniusz Ascenova, a company specialized in construction and comprehensive lifting solutions, we are looking for an Electromechanical Technician with metalworking experience to join our technical team and actively participate in manufacturing, assembly, and installation projects of lifting systems. We seek a technically skilled individual committed to quality and capable of interpreting drawings and resolving on-site challenges. This role holds a key position within the team, collaborating closely with engineering, production, and site management. Responsibilities • Interpret technical, structural, and fabrication drawings. • Perform metalworking tasks related to steel structures, frames, and walkways. • Participate in the assembly, installation, and commissioning of lifting systems (platforms, elevators, etc.). • Collaborate in the installation of electromechanical and electrical components. • Carry out adjustments, functional testing, and commissioning of equipment. • Comply with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards on site and in the workshop. • Work collaboratively with the technical team. Requirements • Formal qualification as an Electromechanical Technician (mandatory). • Proven experience in metalworking and steel structures. • Ability to read and interpret technical and structural drawings. • Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics applied to construction sites. • Proficiency in using hand and power tools. • Valid driver’s license. • Analytical mindset. • Criminal background certificate. • Verifiable employment references (including phone numbers). • Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment to teamwork. • Willingness to work on construction sites (Buenos Aires Province and surrounding areas). Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience with lifting systems, elevators, or platforms. • Knowledge of industrial assembly or special structures. • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to various construction site contexts.
