Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to implement BIM processes in real projects, ensuring compliance with standards, providing technical support, and training teams on the practical use of BIM. Proactive, organized profile oriented toward continuous improvement Responsibilities: Implement BIM processes in real projects, supporting teams in daily operations: - Support design and project teams in applying BIM processes - Ensure compliance with defined standards, naming conventions, and methodologies - Identify errors and inconsistencies in BIM models - Prevent deviations before they impact the project - Provide technical support to modelers and designers - Implement manuals, protocols, and standards in real project contexts - Train teams on the practical use of BIM - Manage information and documentation in CDE environments (ACC or others) - Ensure incident logging and follow-up - Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the BMO team Mandatory Requirements: - Solid experience in BIM modeling (Revit) - Participation in real architecture or engineering projects - Understanding of design, documentation, and/or construction processes - Practical knowledge of BIM standards - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders - Organized, methodical profile oriented toward problem solving Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in BIM coordination or process implementation - Proficiency with CDE platforms (Autodesk Forma, Trimble Connect, etc.) - On-site construction experience or interaction with construction teams - Ability to train and support teams - Interest in continuous improvement and evolution of BIM processes We are looking for someone who: - Can apply BIM practically in real projects (not just modeling) - Supports teams daily with sound technical judgment - Identifies issues before they escalate - Communicates effectively and possesses strong teaching ability - Is proactive, organized, and focused on improving processes. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 3 years of experience Age: 30 years or older Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
