Coordination with various internal departments to ensure process execution At Zieljob, we are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join the Administration and Finance team of a major company, playing a key role in the end-to-end management of the accounts payable cycle. This is an operational and dynamic position focused on account analysis, invoice control, and supplier payment processing, working in coordination with various internal departments to ensure the correct execution of administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and record approved invoices in the accounting system Validate correspondence between invoices and purchase orders Analyze and reconcile supplier current accounts Prepare payment lists and issue corresponding payment orders Schedule and execute supplier payments according to agreed terms Manage the payment calendar and track due dates Control and record service and minor purchase payments Process credit card statement payments and perform related accounting entries Perform supplier account reconciliations Maintain direct communication with suppliers to resolve inquiries or discrepancies Coordinate with Treasury to ensure proper payment execution Manage filing and documentation control related to payments and suppliers Monitor invoicing on service portals (water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, internet, etc.) Provide administrative support for area-related procedures when required · Requirements: Proven experience in supplier payment management, account analysis, and reconciliations Experience in companies with high-volume administrative operations Knowledge of the complete accounts payable cycle Proficiency in management systems (ERP) Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, conditional formulas, VLOOKUP, AVERAGE, COUNT, etc.) Advanced students or graduates in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields Analytical ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving orientation Strong communication skills for interaction across departments We value candidates demonstrating commitment, transparency, and a strong sense of responsibility · Employment Conditions: Location: San Martín Mode: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs Sancor Salud Health Insurance – Plan 800, fully covered by the company Salary payment: Last day of the month Birthday leave Access to internal purchases Benefits and discount platform Corporate gifts on special occasions Theoretical and practical training before onboarding and during employment. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 3 years of experience Keywords: analyst, senior, sr
