Position Summary: We are seeking a temporary Project Manager to manage cross-functional projects, drive continuous improvement, and optimize processes, coordinating strategic initiatives. Project Manager At Zielteck, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a temporary basis, with a focus on managing cross-functional projects, continuous improvement, and process optimization. This position will collaborate closely with various organizational departments, coordinating strategic initiatives and ensuring adherence to timelines, objectives, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance. Lead continuous improvement projects and optimization of operational and administrative processes. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and objective alignment. Define project schedules, milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring mechanisms. Conduct process analysis, risk identification, and opportunity assessment for improvement. Implement project management methodologies (traditional and/or agile). Prepare progress reports, performance indicators, and executive presentations. Support internal and external audits related to processes and management systems. Manage action plans arising from audits, customer surveys, or operational deviations. Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, HR, and Management departments. Requirements: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and/or continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of process analysis and redesign. Experience in defining and tracking KPIs. Proficiency in project management and reporting tools. Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and root cause analysis methodologies. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. · Preferred Qualifications: Experience in service improvement projects. Knowledge of quality management standards and systems. Experience in industrial environments. Experience working with regional or multicultural teams.
