Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, solution-oriented, and coordinative Junior Logistics Analyst to manage operational and administrative logistics tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Organized, proactive, and communicative profile Junior Logistics Analyst – AMBA / Interior Regions We are currently looking for a Junior Logistics Analyst to join our team. We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with strong coordination skills capable of managing multiple operational and administrative tasks. Main Responsibilities: Inventory control and tracking of locker stock. Preparation and coordination of uniform and cleaning product shipments (AMBA and interior regions). Preparation of budgets (travel, supplies, tenders, etc.). Management and control of cleaning products requested by various accounts. Invoice entry into the system for payment processing. Preparation of travel allowance spreadsheets and submission to administration. Fuel card account management and control (Shell Flota): Activations, deactivations, and top-ups. Corporate transportation account management (Cabify): Activations, deactivations, and ride requests. Monthly trip coordination: Budget submission, supplier approval, and resource coordination. DHL shipment management. Coordination with suppliers for production of marketing materials (POP, A4, banners, vinyls, etc.), including budget and invoice control. Purchase and balance management of meal vouchers (Edenred). Requirements: Previous experience in similar roles (preferred). Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, management systems). Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in operational and administrative logistics. Knowledge of supplier management and budget control.
