Minimum 2 years’ experience as a security equipment installer and at least 2 years as a team leader or supervisor. Specific knowledge of configuration for the following equipment and brands will be valued: - Hikvision - Dahua - Rosslare - DSC - Monitoring platforms - Network configuration - Structured cabling - Electrical installations - AutoCAD Responsibilities / Tasks: Be accountable for project execution in accordance with established timelines, budgets, and equipment specifications. Plan all aspects of the project, identifying required activities, resources to be deployed, scheduled timelines, and projected costs. Lead the assigned work team and set realistic, achievable objectives. Address potential deviations in timelines, budgets, or other project variables. Make necessary decisions to maintain constant awareness of progress relative to established objectives. Communicate objectives and overall project vision; inform clients of progress and report project status to management. Audit relevant departmental processes to optimize them for project execution. Conduct technical site surveys and provide training and communication to both clients and technical staff.
