Your mission will be: To ensure the daily operational efficiency of deliveries and logistics, leading the field team with a focus on efficiency, route compliance, and food safety and hygiene protocols. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, train, and lead the operational team across rotating shifts. Plan routes and deliveries, ensuring accurate issuance of delivery notes and related documentation. Verify cargo availability with the warehouse/depot department. Monitor vehicles en route via satellite tracking and actively follow up with drivers. Control vehicle and driver documentation (licenses, mandatory vehicle inspections (VTV), insurance, etc.). Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and food safety protocols during transportation. Ideal Candidate Profile: Prior experience in similar logistics roles (preferably in food or cold-chain industries). Leadership skills, clear communication abilities, and team management experience. Ability to resolve unforeseen issues and work effectively in dynamic environments. Familiarity with current regulations governing transportation, safety, and sanitation.
