Job Summary: We are seeking a Head Chef to lead the team, ensure quality and efficiency in gastronomic production for events, and actively participate in their execution. Key Highlights: 1. At Idear Eventos, we are looking for a Head Chef with experience in gastronomic production for events, team leadership, and operational organization to strengthen our great team and deliver memorable experiences to our clients. Job Mission: Plan, organize, and supervise gastronomic production, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in every service. The role will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, guaranteeing compliance with operational and sanitary standards, and actively participating in event execution. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and supervise daily kitchen production. - Prepare and control dishes, ensuring quality, presentation, and standardization. - Participate in the production and dispatch of events. - Coordinate kitchen service during events. - Lead, organize, and develop the workforce. - Manage inventories, orders, and stock control. - Optimize the use of raw materials and collaborate on cost control. - Participate in menu and recipe development and improvement. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sector cleanliness standards. Requirements: - Minimum 4–5 years of experience in similar positions. - Experience in catering, events, hotels, or large-scale kitchens. - Experience leading teams. - Knowledge of stock control, cost management, and production planning. - Availability to work at events (including weekends).
