You will be responsible for converting inbound inquiries into signed clients and proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach. This is a highly autonomous role focused on sales, relationship building, and revenue generation. **Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Sales** * Respond to inbound inquiries from email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, website forms, and other channels. * Conduct discovery calls and client meetings. * Present GENTY’s services and recruitment process. * Prepare proposals and negotiate agreements. * Convert prospects into signed clients. **Outbound Business Development** * Identify and research potential clients. * Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, messaging platforms, and phone calls. * Build relationships with founders, hiring managers, and talent leaders. * Generate qualified meetings and new business opportunities. **Client Management** * Coordinate communication between clients and recruiters. * Ensure smooth handoff after contract signing. * Support invoice follow\-up and client retention activities. **Success Metrics** * Qualified meetings booked * New contracts signed * Revenue generated * Repeat business from existing clients **What We're Looking For** * Experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, or staffing. * Strong spoken and written English. * Confidence conducting meetings and negotiating with international clients. * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills. * Self\-driven and results\-oriented mindset. **Working Conditions** * Fully remote position. * Flexible working schedule with focus on results rather than hours worked. * Compensation paid in USD. * Fixed monthly salary. * Performance\-based bonus for achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Opportunity to grow together with a fast\-growing international recruitment agency.
