Main Responsibilities: Deliver theoretical and practical classes in accordance with the institutional academic curriculum. Train students in extraction techniques (espresso and filter methods) and latte art. Operate and maintain professional barista equipment and tools. Evaluate students and monitor course pedagogical objectives. Collaborate in updating coffee sector content and trends. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista (preferably in specialty cafés). Solid knowledge of grinding, calibration, roast profiles, and sensory analysis. Strong teaching vocation and communication skills for group instruction. Proactive, punctual profile with excellent professional presence.
