Participate in the recruitment and negotiation of new vehicles and drivers. The role entails real-time tracking of logistics operations, ensuring delivery compliance, and providing support to both carriers and customers. Main Responsibilities Monitor shipment status in real time. Coordinate and communicate updates with carriers and customers. Resolve incidents and deviations during the distribution process. Analyze performance indicators and propose process improvements. Maintain up-to-date information in management systems. Control enabling documentation for vehicles. Provide operational guidelines to field staff in accordance with departmental procedures. Verify correct synchronization of field staff in the mobile reporting system. Track in-store executions and manage resolution of issues. Participate in the recruitment and negotiation of new vehicles and drivers. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within traffic, transportation, or distribution. Ability to set priorities, anticipate potential deviations, and resolve incidents promptly. Experience coordinating and communicating with drivers and carriers. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in computer tools. Proactive, dynamic profile with initiative and team-oriented mindset. Tertiary or university education in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
