Job Objective
Ensure the safety of facilities, people, and assets through preventive surveillance tasks and immediate response to emergencies—especially fires, spills, or incidents that may compromise operational safety.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct preventive surveillance rounds in assigned facilities.
Identify and report hazardous situations, anomalies, or unsafe acts.
Respond to incipient fires using manual firefighting equipment (fire extinguishers, hydrants, hoses).
Know and apply emergency and evacuation protocols.
Operate and verify proper functioning of fire suppression systems (hydrants, pumps, detectors, alarms).
Coordinate with internal emergency teams, firefighters, and emergency services.
Control access and movement within the premises when required.
Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs.
Participate in evacuation drills and emergency training.
Candidate Profile Requirements
Education
Certified Security Guard course.
Training or experience as a firefighter (volunteer or industrial) with official credential.
Training in fire extinguisher use and fire control.
Knowledge of industrial safety and emergency management.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security or fire brigades.

Age: between 25 and 40 years
Driver's licenses: B1, B2
